The residential course is part of a long term training course that envisages an initial self paced online course aimed at acquiring the first theoretical knowledge about the spiritual NQ domains and competencies and aimed at acquiring knowledge on the use of the innovative mobile NQ app to be later used for professional purposes.

Call for participants
In the frame of the NQ APP Erasmus+ project, that aims at improving adult
learners’ wellbeing and ecologically sustainable attitudes and behavior
through the development of their Nature Intelligence competencies and their
spiritual connection to nature, partner organizations are seeking ten adult
education providers (trainers, nature instructors, nature coaches and
educators) to take part in a residential training course that draws inspiration
from the spiritual domain of Nature Intelligence.

Structure
The residential part of the course will be structured as follows:
- A five-day initial residential course, comprising three days of immersive nature experiences and two days of meta-reflection, transferability to participant’s own work and life context, and evaluation
- Four monthly online meetings for a coached practice in participant’s own working environment
- A two and a half-day residential consolidation meeting aimed at going deeper in one’s learning and consolidating a network of possible future partnerships.
Aim of the course
The course aims at exploring the spiritual dimensions of adults’ relationship with nature, by providing a week-long immersive experience in nature, during which participants will experience practices and activities in order to expand their current competencies in nature connectedness and Spiritual NQ.
Where and When
The first residential course will take place from the 13th(travel day) to the
19th(travel day) of October at La Baia d’Oro hotel in Sabaudia (Italy), a gorgeous beach resort nestled in the National Park among the sea, the lake
and the Circeo promontory.
The four online coaching sessions will take place on: November 2024,December 2024, January 2025, February 2025. The specific calendar of appointments will be communicated at the end of the residential course, before the end of October 2024.
The second residential consolidation meeting will take place in Spain, near to Saragoza, from the 13th (travel day) to the 16th of March 2025. Location willbe communicated after the end of the residential course.
